The 2026 Australasia Championships (State Games), due to take place in Perth in early October, have been cancelled.
Unfortunately, due to insufficient team entries and player participation, it is no longer feasible to proceed, so the decision has been made to cancel the State Games for 2026.
Australasia Gaelic Games (AGG) is extremely disappointed the tournament will not go ahead, particularly given the planning and financial commitments that have gone into the tournament.
Thank you to those who had committed to participating. The future of the State Games will be discussed at our AGM in December.
